Carlisle forklift, industrial, Japanese commercial truck tube with TR440 stem. This tube is for EITHER radial or bias forklift, industrial, and newer Japanese commercial truck applications with split ring, unbolt and split, or multi-piece wheels. The wheel disassembles to remove the tire. The stem is CENTERED on the tube. This tube is used on some newer Japanese commercial trucks that have a split ring wheel with a centered valve stem hole or slot.  It is NOT FOR USE in the vintage U.S. made trucks from the 1970's and older with split rim light truck wheels. Those will have an offset stem hole or slot and use the TR150 stem.
