Shipping:
We ship orders by USPS postal mail and Fedex ground services. Most small items and smaller orders will ship USPS ground advantage. Larger items and orders typically ship Fedex ground. Free shipping is to the contiguous U.S. only (48 states) and by the carrier of OUR CHOICE. FREE SHIPPING IS NOT EXPEDITED OR EXPRESS SHIPPING. We DO NOT offer any expedited services such as Next Day or 2nd Day air.
PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOUR POSTAL MAILING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS USED FOR FEDEX DELIVERY.
Order Processing:
We fill orders Monday thru Friday only excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. We typically ship orders placed before 11 AM central standard time the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Fridays may not go until the following Monday.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times usually range between 4-10 BUSINESS days depending on your location and distance from our warehouse. Business days do not include Sundays or holidays. During peak seasons such as between Thanksgiving and Christmas postal transit times may take longer. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships: We DO NOT guarantee delivery by any specific date or time. We have NO CONTROL over the carrier's performance or any service interruptions such as weather delays. USPS service has degraded and slowed thanks to the "Delivering for America Postal Act". We do our job and get the orders out however we don't run the post office. Direct your complaints about slow postal service to them and your congressman.
There is NO REFUND for any orders that are refused delivery.
Shipping if you live outside the contiguous U.S.:
We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO due to the extra paperwork and restrictions placed on those.
We can ship CERTAIN small times and orders that can go USPS postal to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Protectorates (with a US Zip Code) with free shipping. THIS WEBSITE WILL BLOCK YOU FROM BUYING IF LOCATED IN ALASKA, HAWAII, OR ONE OF THE U.S. PROTECTORATES. Use the "Contact Us" form to inquire about ordering if you live in those areas.
