New 16R8 radial tire flaps with centered stem hole for use with 9.00-16 size tires. This is the wider 8" flap used on the split rim military wheels with 9.00-16 size tires. Those wheels are typically 6.5-7.0 wide and require this wider 8" flap to allow enough tuck on each side of the tube. This flap has the stem hole CENTERED and is for use in split rim wheels with the 9.00-16 tube we sell.
